Ann-Marie is a clinical mental health counseling graduate student at the University of the Cumberlands under the supervision of Heather Cobb, LPC, CPCS. She is committed to providing compassionate care and supporting clients as they navigate challenges and engage in the sacred work of healing and growth.

 Her counseling approach is rooted in the belief that clients have the ability to make positive changes. She fosters self-awareness, self-acceptance, authenticity, resilience, and hope. Areas of interest include anxiety, depression, women’s issues, spirituality, grief, relationships, life transitions, and communication challenges. Ann-Marie draws upon her passion for story work to help clients explore their current narratives and uncover patterns that shape their identities and relationships.

 Ann-Marie and Jeff, her husband of 22 years, are parents to college-aged triplets. She enjoys reading, baking, and savoring a good cup of tea, as well as spending time with family, friends, and their three dogs.

Individual session - $75

Couples/family session - $100

Initial intake session - additional $20 added to cost of session

**Interns are able to see clients on a sliding scale. Please ask about a lower rate if needed.
