A group for women seeking deeper self-understanding & healthier relationships
A therapist led group for women 18 and older who want to better understand themselves and build healthier relationships. This group offers a supportive, grounded space for the exploration of emotions, boundaries, communication, and relational patterns while fostering greater connection with yourself and others.
Format: 8-week group (commitment required)
When: Wednesdays at 7pm Starting September 23, 2026
Who: Women 18 +
Cost: $75 per session Sliding scale slots available
What to Expect:
Weekly 90-minute sessions
A small, consistent group
Guided discussion, skills, training, and supportive reflection
