A group for women seeking deeper self-understanding & healthier relationships
A therapist led group for women 18 and older seeking deeper self-understanding and healthier relationships. This introductory group offers a supportive, grounded space to explore emotions, boundaries, communication, and relational patterns without the pressure to “fix” yourself.
Format: 8-week group (commitment required)
When: Tuesdays at 7pm (beginning March 3rd)
Who: Women 18 +
Cost: $50 per session (limited sliding scale slots available)
What to Expect:
Weekly 90-minute sessions
A small, consistent group
Guided discussion, skills, & reflection
A warm, supportive environment
